We have a Texinfo manual, rendered to PDF at
<http://www.gnu.org/software/gnu-crypto/manual/gnu-crypto.pdf>.
However, it is not quite complete, IMO, and there are lots of things
left to do with it, such as proofreading, auditing for clarity and
correctness, etc.
