Yup. We'll probably wait to do the assignment until (at least)
Savannah returns to the land of the living. In the meantime
suggestions and ideas can be discussed here.

I kind of want to say "lets see what you can do before we invite you
in" -- but I think it might sound rude. You must understand that
numerous times someone has popped into a mailinglist and expressed a
desire to help, only to disappear the next day ;) We're also moving to
a new, untrusted maintainer (me) so bear with us.

Thinking over things, the following are what I want to do with the
documentation:

   - Complete the Texinfo manual (keyrings need to be documented), and
     make sure it makes sense.

   - Make better examples/a tutorial.

   - Generate the API documentation with gjdoc, not javadoc (if
     possible).

   - Audit everything for completeness/correctness.
