ties into an alternative volta.

  I couldn't find this request in the manual.  Sometimes there is a note tied 
into both alternatives of a volta.  How do I create the tie in the second 
alternative (it gets tied to nothing)

I am using 1.3.140.  I would like both Gs in the alternatives tied.  Is this 
supported?
