I was not talking about GSC; like you said, it is designed to
create binary pakages for the GNU system. I was talking about a
source based package manager for end users of the GNU system.
Sorry, getting late and becoming tired. In that case, we have that
already, the GNU build sytem (automake, autoconf), and the GNU Source
Installer.
We don't need a `packager manager', since that is the job of stowfs.
And we don't need a program that builds a program, since that is what
the GNU Build System does.
