For Clumps, MakeCatalog currently has two ways to measure the sum of pixel
values:
* '--sum'; which will take the sum, and subtract the diffuse flux underneath
(found from the river pixels surrounding them)
* '--sum-no-river'; which will ignore the river pixels (and thus the raw
underlying flux) and just give the raw sum.

The '--sum-no-river' option name is confusing: because by ignoring the rivers,
it includes the flux within them (and the underlying diffuse flux of the
clump). This will lead to confusions.

We should select a better name for '--sum-no-river'. Maybe the cases below:
* --sum-with-diffuse
* --sum-raw
* --sum-all

I am defining this task to keep track of good names to replace
'--sum-no-river'.

This was suggested by Leslie Hunt.
