When the number of random positions for the upper limit measurements (value of
'--upnum') in MakeCatalog is less than 20, MakeCatalog will print a warning to
let the user know that the results may not be too accurate. In the warning
message, it also says that the warning can be suppressed with the '--quiet'
option.
However, when the '--quiet' option is passed, this warning is still printed
(while all the other things printed in the standard output are no longer
printed).
This bug was reported by Teet Kuutma.
