In WCSLIB, the 'altlin' element of the 'wcsprm' structure is a bit-string that
is 1 for each different method of defining the WCS standard's rotation matrix.
The reason it is defined as a bit string is that multiple versions may be
present in the keywords at the same time.

As of Gnuastro 0.20, we had only accounted for the input FITS file to have a
single one of the standards; not more than one. This was brought up as a bug
report within the
