MakeCatalog's '--frac-max*-*' options (for examle '--frac-max1-sum') require
one/two fractions given by the user through the '--frac-max' option. However,
when the use asks for any of these measurements without giving '--frac-max',
MakeCatalog still continues and produces an output!
This is wrong and MakeCatalog should abort; asking the user to give
'--frac-max'. Furthermore, the '--frac-max2-sum' output column was mistakenly
called 'FRAC_MAX1_SUM'!
These problems were reported by Helena DomÃnguez Sánchez.
