Thanks a lot for reporting this situation Boud :-).
The problem was general to all programs, not just CosmicCalculator; it has
been fixed in
[https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=9edceeaa Commit
9edceeaa].
However, I should say that a normal user that installs Gnuastro will never
confront this situation: '--minmapsize' will have a value when Gnuastro is
installed; this happened because you were running from the build directory and
hadn't ran 'make install'. But even for advanced users (who run from the build
directory), the program should behave as it says in the warning message, so
this was indeed an important bug to fix! Thanks again for reporting it :-).
