[open-cobol-list] Compilation errors with latest CVS

Following causes syntax errors :

012620       05       FILLER       PIC X(100)  VALUE
012630*                            "   LINEOUT
012640                             "   Lineout
012650-                            "                >         <
012660*-                           "                         OHM".
012670-                            "                         Ohm".

Removing the comment lines allows a successful compile.
