Apparently the target sgfgen didn't get built.

I can e-mail sgf_properties.h. (Attached at end.) Someone (Arend Bayer I
think) suggested in another e-mail in which he suggested using another
compiler to generate all the automatically built files in the
distribution, then run the cross compiler.

There's a lot of automatically built files in patterns/, e.g. patterns.c and
so forth. There's enough of them, some of them big, that I shouldn't e-mail
you every one except as a last resort.
