A pass move is shown as '[]' or alternatively as '[tt]' (only for
boards <= 19x19), i.e. applications should be able to deal with both
representations. '[tt]' is kept for compatibility with FF[3].
Although not being very explicit, I would say it's fairly clear that
'[]' is intended to be future safe and that '[tt]' is more or less
deprecated. Like Paul I don't see any good reason to write '[tt]' when
using FF[4].
