Seems like it. I've gone ahead and repositioned the antenna for better reception to see if perhaps it will relearn the new offset. It seemed to do it once perhaps it will do it again. Signals are much better now after repositioning the antenna. I currently have 11 satellites in use and most of the channels are 40 db-Hz or better.
You should only need one satellite and a time lock in order to obtain the almanac. So I don't think you have a signal issue.
