I have run it in guile-core, but the problem still remains in libltdl:

configure: configuring in libltdl
configure: running /bin/sh './configure'
--prefix=/home/dirk/software/guile-debug --disable-deprecated
--enable-ltdl-convenience --cache-file=/dev/null --srcdir=.
loading cache /dev/null
./configure: .: /dev/null: not a regular file

Should I run
   libtoolize --copy --automake --ltdl --force
also in libltdl?

Thanks for your help.
