There are a couple of pieces missing from the new web pages on www.gnu.org, 
the version 4 manual among them. The manual is about 90% complete, and 
you'll get it when you check out version 4 from CVS. I'll make a new HTML 
conversion of it as soon as I can and place it where it should be on 
www.gnu.org, hopefully before the end of the day.
