Because that's how old the actual Official released versions are.
ALL the more recent versions are NOT released...
They are build from CVS and are pre-release / alpha / beta software.
That said, for me, they are quite stable and I used them very day.
Is there any other place where native emacs and emacs w32 is being placed ?
For native emacs - emacs-21.4a.tar.gz, it is 2/17/2005 ?
Why is this happening ?
I don't think there has every been an "official" release of
version 21.4a for windows..
I have long since moved onto the bleeding edge.
