Failed to install htdig-3.1.5

Hi,

i have failed to install htdig-3.1.5 when running
"make". Then i noticed that to be able to compile
successfully, libstdc++ must have been installed.
I downloaded two versions of libstdc and i got both
failed when trying to install.

-libstdc++2.90.8 : 
failed when running ./configure with error: can not
find install-sh or install.sh in .. ./..

-libstdc++2.90.6
passed ./configure but failed when ran "make" with
error:

c++: ../src/limitsMEMBERS.cc: no such file or
directory
c++: no input files
make[2]: *** [../src/limitsMEMBERS.lo] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: ** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

Would you please help me to figure out what is the
problem here?
