I have a graph with 4 clusters and want to decompose it. I applied the decompose.graph to my graph object. It returned an object that looks like a graph, but is not recognized as a graph object when I apply the is.igraph function to it.
Can any one help with guidance as to how I can turn this object back into a graph? It appears to be an edgelist, but when I tried to use it as such, the error message I got was that it did not have 2 columns.
Any ideas?
