[igraph] Dependency Problem

Dear All,
I am trying to build from source the python bindings of the igraph
library (Debian testing, AMD64 architecture), but something seems to
be missing.
I have added the igraph repositories to my source list, but see what happens

$ sudo apt-get build-dep python-igraph
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Build-Depends dependency for python-igraph cannot be satisfied
because no available versions of package libigraph-dev can satisfy
version requirements


Is it simply a temporary problem?
