kindly please why I'm getting this warning msg ?

V(graph)$active [  infected_node_neighbours[m] ]<-TRUE
Warning message:
In vattrs[[name]][index] <- value :
  number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length


 infected_node_neighbours[m] is one node, this represent its number e.g 3
