I'm sorry, your request is far too vague for us to provide you with any
meaningful assistance. In order for anyone to help, you will have to
come up with a clear list of exactly *how* you want to customize CVS.
Once you've come up with that list, and studied the manual on hooking
scripts into CVS
(http://ximbiot.com/cvs/manual/cvs-1.11.21/cvs_18.html#SEC158) search
the archives to see if someone else has already asked your question
(chances are they have). If not, then feel free to post specific
questions here.
