... in such a way that /usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server is accessible - this is
the executable the openssh server is trying to open - see error message. The
original config (which works on most distributions and os) assumes
/usr/lib/sftp-server as the executable. This does not seem to be the case on
CentOS. So this is probably just a case of correcting the "paths=" and
"executables=" directives in jk_lsh.ini.
