I installed Jailkit-2.3 on a FreeBSD 6.2 and I seem to have some trouble getting it to work. In my opining I have tried everything, but maybe you can enlighten me.

When I try to use sftp it connects but then disconnects, heres the log

sshd[6029]: Accepted keyboard-interactive/pam for june from 111.111.111.111 port 14587 ssh2

sshd[6032]: subsystem request for sftp

jk_lsh[6033]: jk_lsh version 2.3, started

jk_chrootsh[6033]: now entering jail /jail for user june (1004)

jk_lsh[6033]: executing command '/usr/libexec/sftp-server' for user june (1004)

I can’t seem to find any errors of why it disconnects. Also if I try to connect with SSH this is what the log says:

sshd[6052]: Accepted keyboard-interactive/pam for june from ::1 port 65031 ssh2

jk_lsh[6056]: jk_lsh version 2.3, started

jk_chrootsh[6056]: now entering jail /jail for user june (1004)

jk_lsh[6056]: WARNING: user june (1004) tried to get an interactive shell session (/usr/sbin/jk_lsh), which is never allowed by jk_lsh

But then again I don’t really know what that WARNING means when we are talking jailkit.

---------

jk_lsh.ini

[june]

paths= /usr/libexec/, /usr/sbin/, /usr/bin/

executables= /usr/libexec/sftp-server, /usr/sbin/jk_lsh, /usr/bin/ssh

[group jail]

paths= /usr/libexec/

executables= /usr/libexec/sftp-server

Kind regards Kris
