I predict that you will adopt the constructor in some form. There is no
comparably powerful mechanism currently known in any other OS, and no
other mechanism known that allows (for example) a hostile ActiveX
control to be survivable.
However, I certainly agree that no decision has been made about this,
and that further discussion will probably emerge.
