I rebuilt from scratch and get the same failure.  The 
tests/testsuite.dir/006/testsuite.log file is attached.

The file tests/testsuite.dir/006/options contains 230K of code.  I see 
a definition for func_fatal_help 96% of the way through that file. 
That file is attached as well.
