b) cygwin? mingw? msvc? All of the "old tests" have seen a LARGE number of tweaks to ensure their proper operation on the various w32 platforms. Have you done ANY testing there, at all, or are you relying on the rest of us to do that work for you?

Sorry if I seem a bit short, but I'm rather annoyed to see my queue get filled with hours upon hours of work in the middle of a holiday.
