[lilypond 2.3.16]
While negative values for `betweensystempadding' (and
`betweensystemspace') are accepted without warning, it seems that they
are ignored or implicitly set to zero. Is it possible to force
lilypond to really use negative values so that I can squeeze an
additional system to a page where lilypond thinks it doesn't fit any
more? I have the urgent need to do that...
