I'll be away from Aug 3rd until Aug 23th, I may be able to have a
limited Internet connection at this time but will have little time, so
I'd prefer we release 2.12 before the end of July if possible.

There is nothing seriously broken in the translations infrastructure or
in the translations, we even manage to get them compiled without
makeinfo failure! However, there are things to do in translations
before 2.12:

- reorganize sections in NR, then update section titles translation in
PO, then (when texi2html is used on master) translate node and section
titles in Texinfo source;

- update tutorial in French; a new translator has taken over this, but
he's been silent for two months, I take the responsability that this
will be done before the end of June (if necessary, Jean-Charles,
Valentin or I will do this);

- afer Franch tutorial update, make translations status page (with its
translations) publicly available, which require a couple of hours of
Python coding and less than an hour of translation for each language.

I'd like to add

- all broken cross-references should be fixed -- my checking script
tells there are a few ones left after I added Internals Reference to the
checking process. I'd rather somebody else do this simple job, but I'd
like to find somebody who accepts to do this in all languages as long as
cross-references are still in English in translations, so I guess
candidates are already too busy with other LilyPond contributions.

Speaking of, may I document check-texi-refs.py usage in
writing-texinfo.txt? Currently it's only documented in a Git commit
message :-/

Cheers,
John
