Ah, okay, so testing inside Documentation/user/out-www/ is not possible,
because all that stuff is done by the www-post script :((

The "Compiling from source" section does not contain any subsections in
German/French, but it does in English (which the translation-status script
does not find in the translated file, so it thinks the translations are
missing them). The translation status pages shows "partially translated
(6 %)", while in fact the file is wholly translated.
