That would fool any MIDI converter too! However that is not a big
problem. The big problem is that the lilypond file is generated
automatically by a script from an ABC source, so I want to be as
consistant as possible to prevent manual editing of the .book file.
Anyway, it was easy to work around the problem, just inserting a custom
\bar, overriding the repeat sign
