You could use something like
\override TupletBracket #'padding = #2
but it would of course be nicer if you could convince LilyPond
to do it automatically by setting some avoid-slur property (I didn't manage
either).

Of course, I could extra-offset all four items (2 Slurs, 2 Tuplets),
but that seems way too kludgy.
