lilypond-book not honoring --psfonts?

Hi,

Is the lilypond-book distributed with 2.11.43.2 refusing to honor --psfonts? Or am I doing something wrong? Under Mac OS 10.5.2. Example:

Am I doing something wrong?

(FWIW, it looks like passing the --pdf option to lilypond-book works fine, as described in  4.4 Invoking lilypond-book; but I haven't tested to make sure that all the printing details are coming out correctly.)
