Well, yes and no. You can append the "C" and "Eb" to the file name, but there 
is no way to tell lilypond not to append the "-1" and "-2", too...
I have not really understood the reason behind this limitation, to be honest. 
Some claims are that this is to prevent overwriting already generated files...
