Odds are this was much easier to do in LilyPond than it was in SCORE (or Sibelius, for that matter). I think it looks better than either of the example on Grossman's page.

I created the same example using LilyPond 2.12.3 (attached) - definitely not perfect, but almost is - using only the default settings and the easiest ways, as I almost never engrave piano music. Certainly beats the Sibelius example (I don't know the Sibelius version, though).
