Don't use
  http://biolpc22.york.ac.uk/pub/CVS_HEAD/wx-cvs-All.tar.bz2
unless you want cvs as of 2006-01-26, even though this file
  http://biolpc22.york.ac.uk/pub/CVS_HEAD/updated_at.txt
in the same directory says
  "cvs checkout done at Thu Mar 23 04:43:46 UTC 2006"

Presumably this
  http://biolpc22.york.ac.uk/pub/CVS_HEAD/files/wx-cvs-All-2006-03-23.tar.bz2
is current; but I think I'll make sure it has revision
1.63 of 'wxWidgets/src/common/list.cpp' before building it.
