Win32 binaries of Lout 3.24 are available

I've made available Win32 binaries of Lout 3.24 at

lt324dlt.zip     439k   - source for documentation
lt324dpd.zip    1572k   - documentation in a4 PDF (optimized and indexed!)
lt324dps.zip     984k   - documentation in a4 PS
lt324w32.zip    1688k   - the binaries


I've also put makefiles for Visual C and lcc-win32 along with a source
code for win32-specific magic that deduces lout library location from
the path of the running binary.  Both zip archive and unpacked files
can be found at

    <ftp://ftp.ptc.spbu.ru/pub/textproc/lout/binaries/win32/src/>


PS: Even if you are not on Win32 you might find indexed PDF docs useful.
