One addition needed for lighttpd.spec, the usual .la file cleanup:

find $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{pfx}/%{_prefix}/lib/ -name "*.la" -exec rm -rf {} \;

I also think strongswan and xfsprogs need the entry also.
