[Ltib] Maximum size of jffs2 root file system

My rootfs.jffs2 file is over 20 mBytes.  I actually have enough flash but something is limiting the jffs2 root file system to 16 mBytes.

Does anyone know if I can configure the maximum size of the jffs2 root file system to 24 mBytes?
