If I select the link normally, I get the error on the page with the full
display. If I do a D for download, I see the error in yellow at the
bottom, then it says content-type text/html, then goes to the download
save screen. Since it was a pdf file, I didn't want to display it.
It also happens with 401 errors if I don't have a valid user/pass.
Since we have a fast internet link, it is very hard to tell if small files
were received, or if the save will simply create a zero byte file.
