I made -show_cursor a toggle in v2.7:
lynx -help
USAGE: lynx [options] [file]
Options are:
[...]
-show_cursor toggles hiding of the cursor in the lower right corner
[...] ^^^^^^^
(using the Lynx -help switch, reading the Lynx man page, and most
importantly, reading the Users Guide, can be helpful :)
