There is nothing wrong with the site. Lynx displays both links for the
frames and the <NOFRAMES> alternative. Actually there is something wrong,
but it is in common with 99% of all other frames sites - the alternative
should have been an alternative means of navigating the site, not a
complaint about the lack of frames.
