LYNX-DEV probrem on lynx 2.7.1ac-0.93

I encountered a problem when installing lynx.
Following is a report.

--- lynx -version

--- uname -a
SunOS thebe 5.5 Generic_103093-12 sun4m sparc PFU,S-4_20A

--- What you were doing when you encountered the problem:
When installing,
the command
        ./configure --with-cfg-file=/usr/local/lib/lynx/lynx.cfg \
        --with-lss-file=/usr/local/lib/lynx/lynx.lss
does not seem to work.

--- What the problem is:
It makes makefile with
        -mv -f $(libdir)/lynx.cfg $(libdir)/lynx.oldcfg
        $(installdoc) lynx.cfg $(libdir)/lynx.cfg
Thus, 'lynx.cfg' is installed not at '/usr/local/lib/lynx/'
but at '/usr/local/lib/'.

--- What you think the cause of the problem is:
A bug seems in 'configure'.
