I guess the answer will simply be "because nobody's written the code to do
it".. But there seem to be enough servers that do a Refresh that it would
be useful to support it.
Is this actually Javascript code or something? Some seem to be really
doing a redirect (I'm using this informally -- I just mean pointing you to
a different URL), some just seem to be effectively hitting the "reload"
command. (Wells Fargo is an example of the latter -- I simply have to
manually refresh at the 'looking up your account info' page to get on..)
