Just so it is an OPTION -- especially, a RUN-TIME option,
so we can play with it on different texts: some texts will
benefit, and some surely will not.
No automatic way to figure out which -- the user has to
make a real-time decision.
Would be nice if not only were there a "stick" option via
the option page, but also an "immediate" one, for just this
"current document", that can be toggled via some command.
I guess this gets us back into the subject of multiple-character
commands. :-(
