Details:

While MapOSMatic should certainly be mentioned, I am not sure makes sense to
add "© %(year)d MapOSMatic/ocitysmap authors" to generated maps when all we
really could say to have copyright on is the design and perhaps a few
messages. Even the design is halfway done by the user.

It also seems redundant to include "ocitysmap", when MapOSMatic should be
plenty mention.
