Follow-up Comment #4, bug #36277 (project maposmatic):
Please do not duplicate the any locale file as it also means duplicate
maintenance. The Dutch locale has now been changed to "nl" only and if the
proper fall back mechanisms are in place it should work for both nl_BE and
nl_NL.
