I tried a small test case for the MibbleValidator. Two independent MIBs
checked out OK, but the third imported from the first one. A strange
message from smicmif.ini line 2 claims if found a line saying
"mibFile=adtran.mi2" is in error. There is no such line in the file, and
it compiled correctly for years with other compilers, especially smicng Pro.
Any ideas what's going on here?
