[Mldonkey-users] lugnudum patches and irc chan

hello everybody,

i'm just reading lugnudum's details to their server patch and on several
occasions they mention "anti-social clients" and later accuse the
mldonkey as "stealing" resources from the servers. it's also said that
the lugnudum guys cooperate with the mldonkey author to fix this but is
the mldonkey really abusing the network? i'm running version 1.16 here
and don't use the nu feature so am i harming the donkey network? is the
mldonkey really banned on all lugnudum patched servers?
and last but not least is there a irc chan about the mldonkey?
