very nice .. that should solve most of the problems everybody got with a low 
bndwth upstream... 

one last question .. did you also changed something in overnet support? cannot 
find anything in changelog .. but as far as i can see the latest cvs does not 
connects to any overnet peers ? tried to start over with cleaned configs ... 
but still :

  Connected Peers: 0
  Search hits: 0
  Source hits: 0

... with the cvs from 2 days ago the list is nicely filled with 50 peers ...
