ChangeLog: 

* changeset_browser.ui: add a qtextedit to display the changelog contents
* ChangesetBrowser.cpp: renamed the splitters, init() follows accordingly;
set the changelog text as HTML content
* ChangesetModel.h: its Cert.name, not Cert.key we're looking for, that
was one of the reasons why all the branch certs weren't displayed; added
two methods plainlog() and htmllog() which prepare the raw log output
somewhat for proper display...
* ChangesetModel.cpp: ...used here in the data() method; also changed a
signal/slot connection which now uses the correct signal to connect
to the GetBranchLog model
* Branches.cpp: bring back the code for the ToolTipRole and explain its
usage so I don't remove it again next time
